To the receptionist who took my first call when I was in extreme pain — thank you for being so calming and reassuring. To the medical assistants — your smiles, kindness, knowledge, and compassion were greatly appreciated when I was feeling so uncomfortable and frightened. And to you Dr. Jusko — your knowledge, empathy, kindness, and the time given to me to answer all of our questions is what every patient wants (deserves) from their physician, however is not always received. Don’t ever lose that compassion — it’s what makes you stand out from the rest.
